A highly experienced hands-on general insurance broking achiever, motivated and meticulous with developed corporate management skills. A strategic planner with vision in designing new products, innovative techniques in underwriting and efficiency in claims settlements leading to customer satisfaction and delight. A keen analyst with excellent relationship management skills and abilities in liasoning with the clients and market. An effective communicator with strong analytical problem solving and organizational abilities.
A Technical Assistant in various Divisions / Branches of Oriental Insurance Company went on to hold senior positions in Pearl Insurance Brokers, Dubai, AI Futtaim Auto & Machinery Company, Dubai. And as an Executive Director in Reliance Insurance Brokers, Dubai. He moved to India and took over ANIB-Essel Insurance Brokers Private Ltd as Managing Director and Principal Officer.
With rich Insurance background for over 35 years, Mahendran has taken over Operations of REXA Insurance Broking Services Private Limited.
